Meet Mason
Hey, I'm Mason Strother - a filmmaker and creative director based in Hickory, NC.
Before starting Strother Creative, I managed a six-figure marketing budget as a marketing manager, overseeing television commercials, billboards, radio campaigns, and large-scale social media production. That experience shaped how I approach every project: visually cinematic, strategically intentional, and built to deliver real return on investment.
Today I channel that into legacy films, wedding videography, real estate video, social content, and web and graphic design - all under one roof.
My creative DNA is rooted in the work of filmmakers and artists who treat every frame as intentional. Blade Runner, 2001: A Space Odyssey, The Batman - that obsession with visual storytelling is what I bring to your project, whatever its size.

Meet David
Hi! I’m David Wright, Chief Creative Strategist at Strother Creative. As a lifelong communicator and creative problem solver, I have a passion for leveraging creative content toward higher and higher yields. At age 16, I landed my first job in the newsroom of my local newspaper, and ever since, I have operated in journalism, communications, social media, and development (with a brief stint in boat sales).
When I’m not working, you can find me converting my short school bus into a camper, hiking the Linville Gorge, or spending time at home in Morganton, NC with my wife and two daughters.
